PrimeCare Maintenance

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of cleaning and maintenance services by PrimeCare Maintenance. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

PrimeCare Maintenance provides professional cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, floor care, aviation interior cleaning, daily cleaning, and janitorial services.
All services will be delivered as agreed in writing or quotation.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.
Any additional work or changes may result in revised charges, which will be agreed upon prior to proceeding.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Bookings must be confirmed in advance. We will make every effort to deliver services at the agreed time; however, we reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Access & Client Responsibilities

The client must provide safe and suitable access to the premises at the scheduled time.
PrimeCare Maintenance is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access or unsafe working conditions.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation or invoice.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Health & Safety

We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Clients must inform us of any hazards, risks, or special requirements prior to service delivery.

8. Liability

PrimeCare Maintenance will take all reasonable care while delivering services.
We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by incorrect or undisclosed information

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Satisfaction & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

10. Equipment & Materials

We provide all necessary equipment and cleaning materials unless otherwise agreed.
Any client-provided materials are used at the client’s own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if terms are breached, or if working conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

12. Privacy

All client information is handled confidentially and used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
